The IACC is geared to equip staff with competencies and skills required to efficiently discharge UNHCR’s leadership and inter-agency coordination responsibilities in refugee, IDP, and mixed settings, under the respective coordination systems (Refugee Coordination Model, Inter-Agency Standing Committee Cluster System, and the UN Sustainable Development Group approach).
