The Training of Trainers (ToT) aims at providing participants with hard and soft skills that can be used to effectively apply facilitation techniques and methodologies in a stimulating learning environment, in order to become trainers for the “Words into Action on Disaster Displacement Workshop” focusing on the four tools (guide, checklist, eLearning course and urban scorecard).
The ToT will be delivered through a highly participatory and interactive methodology. Participants will play an active role throughout the workshop, thus being exposed to frontal lectures and dynamically engaged in role-plays, simulations, case study, and exercises.
